When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, postcode, and optionally your phone number and project details. We also record which site domain your enquiry came from, so we can route it to an installer in the right area.
Your details are passed securely to OZEV-registered EV charger installers local to your area so they can provide you with a free, no-obligation quote. We do not sell your data to third parties, use it for marketing, or share it with anyone outside of this referral process.
Enquiry form submissions are processed via Formspree, a GDPR-compliant form handling service. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io. We do not store your data on our own servers.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us via the enquiry form on the main page.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the enquiry form.
